This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead Account Managers, Key Account Managers, and Clinical Professionals throughout the designated Southeast region.
• Propel topline revenue growth and enhance profit margins.
• Formulate and implement regional strategic business plans, which include key account strategies for regional Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
• Oversee the regional P&L, concentrating on price discipline, expense control, and margin enhancement.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, National Key Accounts, Technical Service, Marketing, and R&D on regional strategies, execution, and the launch of new products.
• Meet sales quotas for both capital and consumable products.
• Predict monthly regional revenue and profitability outcomes.
• Create financial forecasts and manage essential performance indicators.
• Ensure the integrity of SFDC data for precise reporting.
• Formulate growth strategies for regional IDNs and competitive win-back initiatives.
• Direct account business planning and seek sustainable-value opportunities.
• Distribute resources based on business goals and customer requirements.
• Mentor team members in utilizing FBS to tackle business challenges.
• Oversee personnel performance, development, and ongoing learning through field visits.
• Spearhead sales training programs and guide sales trainers during onboarding.
• Inspire and cultivate a diverse workforce while promoting teamwork and professional advancement.
• Encourage cross-functional collaboration to support service contracts and revenue initiatives.
• Hold stakeholders accountable for fulfilling customer needs and strategic objectives.
• Conduct business in alignment with conduct, healthcare compliance, safety, and other ASP policies.
• 8 years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or related commercial fields, along with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proven annual track record of driving results through others, encompassing new product launches, growth in product utilization, and competitive victories.
• Capability to devise and implement strategic plans with strong business insight.
• Experience in a key sales leadership position requiring business and financial knowledge.
• Successful background in leading complex contract negotiations.
• Familiarity with the designated regional market and its customers.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Must reside in or be open to relocating within the assigned region.
• A valid driver’s license issued in the United States is required.
