Regional Sales Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, qualify, and secure new dental practices within your assigned territory.

• Establish and nurture relationships with channel partners (labs, distributors, manufacturers) to enhance the sales funnel and attract new customers.

• Facilitate in-person and virtual meetings, demonstrations, and presentations.

• Educate dental practices on digital workflows, laboratory economics, and return on investment.

• Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to closing.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

• Monitor activities and pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce).

• Report directly to the Vice President of Sales.

• Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies as the company grows.

• Build a territory from the ground up.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in dental sales (preferably in Implant, lab, or SaaS sectors).

• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales quotas.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Willingness to travel within the territory.

• Positive and proactive mindset.

• Prepared for travel (25-50%).

• Experience in selling scanners, dental technology, or laboratory services is advantageous.

• Existing relationships with dental practices or Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) are a plus.
