Regional Sales Director – ANZ

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Sales Team in applying sales methodologies and best practices while ensuring effective use of the CRM system.

• Offer continuous mentorship to Account Executives on prospecting strategies for acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and maintaining existing accounts.

• Perform regular reviews of business activities, including sales call metrics, lead follow-ups, prospecting efforts, and the performance of each Account Executive.

• Provide support to team members regarding personal challenges, competitive outcomes, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

• Evaluate skill sets and deliver ongoing coaching and feedback to achieve objectives, reinforce sales methodologies, and guide career advancements.

• Identify areas needing support within the team or territory growth and engage in recruitment and interviewing processes.

• Assist Sales Team members in nurturing key relationships with principals, select customers, and channel partners.

• Establish processes to keep the Sales Leadership Team informed about sales activities and ongoing progress.

• Serve as a point of escalation for customers and channel partners.

• Analyze customer information, pinpoint and resolve issues, devise appropriate solutions, and communicate these solutions effectively.

• Collaborate with the Sales Team to expand the territory and achieve or surpass sales quotas.


⛳️ Requirements

• A results-driven approach with a proven record of exceeding targets while leading teams in selling large deals within a rapidly growing startup environment.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in presentations via phone and computer with executive-level clients, direct reports, and the Cyera Leadership Team.

• Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), cloud security, and data risk management.

• Strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in cloud security, data, or AI sales.

• Basic knowledge of various data security and compliance frameworks and their impact on business value.

• Capability to teach methods for identifying new and existing opportunities through fundamental consultative selling techniques.

• Proven self-starter with a proactive attitude, able to manage multiple tasks, projects, and responsibilities simultaneously within set timelines.

• Familiarity with managing CRM and opportunity management systems.

• Knowledgeable about various sales support field concepts, practices, and procedures.

• Must possess the ability to lead a team and fulfill monthly, quarterly, and annual quota requirements.

• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the agility to adapt quickly to changing situations.
