This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain business reporting utilized by Regional Leadership.
• Design dashboards and tools that enhance decision-making and boost sales productivity.
• Recognize opportunities to streamline processes via automation and enhanced reporting.
• Convert raw data into actionable insights for the business.
• Serve as a resource for Vistaar support related to Pricing, Reimbursement Management, and Trade Promotion Management.
• Coordinate account updates and modifications in KARMA.
• Deliver quarterly updates on KARMA KPI performance through reports and calls.
• Supply optimized or simplified KARMA views, along with ad hoc reports and surveys as needed.
• Oversee control state listings and notifications regarding price changes.
• Manage the invoice processing workflow for the Central and Control Regions.
• Ensure timely and precise processing of vendor payments.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices.
• Monitor regional expense activities and assist with budget management.
• Identify ways to streamline processes related to invoices.
• Communicate year-end deadlines and necessary actions for fiscal closure concerning invoices.
• Manage price change notifications and letters to SGWS.
• Oversee regional SharePoint folders, shared files, data hygiene, setup, and access.
• Manage and track Private Barrel setups weekly, communicating details to the sales team.
• Support the planning and execution of meetings for the Central and Control regions as well as meetings in the Dallas Office.
• Negotiate hotel contracts and select meals, transportation, A/V, and room setup while adhering to budget constraints.
• Detail-oriented professional who thrives on establishing structure, addressing operational challenges, and being a reliable resource for senior leaders and distributor partners.
• Experience in the beverage alcohol sector, distributor operations, or sales support environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365: Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Capability to create complex formulas, including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, nested IF statements, and dynamic arrays.
• Experience in developing dashboards and reporting tools.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
• Familiarity with Power Query is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI is preferred.
• Prior experience with VIP/KARMA is preferred.
• Background in beverage alcohol, CPG, distributor management, or sales operations environments.
• Understanding of supplier-distributor relationships.
• Experience working with depletion, pricing, promotional, and account data.
• Knowledge of control state environments is preferred.
