Regional Relationship Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Support the department and leadership in achieving profitable business outcomes through essential KPI metrics

• Manage customer portfolios and vendor relationships

• Build and nurture client relationships

• Analyze data to strategically align vendors by geography, mitigate risks, and enhance performance and profitability

• Formulate negotiation strategies and engage in vendor negotiations regarding pricing, delivery, and terms

• Provide data and analytics to support informed decisions on vendor selection

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of vendor data and performance

• Carry out regular assessments of client needs

• Oversee vendor relationships and utilize internal resources to strengthen them

• Optimize costs while maximizing value through strategic sourcing and negotiations

• Execute quality control checks before and after projects

• Assist Estimation and Project teams with market-related issues and review front- and back-end projects as needed

• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments

• Address moderately complex issues, escalating them appropriately to departmental leadership

• Work under general supervision while ensuring the accuracy of work

• Undertake ad-hoc projects and other assigned responsibilities

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or higher

• 4 years of experience in Construction, Quality Control, Customer Service, or a related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Familiarity with systems such as Reno Walk, Scopesy, etc.

• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
