Regional Quality Control Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Design and implement policies and procedures for quality control.

• Ensure that all projects adhere to legal and regulatory standards.

• Oversee and manage the company’s quality control program.

• Track and report on metrics related to quality control.

• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.

• Verify that vendor and subcontractor outputs meet quality control criteria.

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Create and deliver training programs focused on quality control.

• Identify and execute improvements in quality control processes.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in quality control or a related sector, preferably within the construction field.

• Robust technical skills with a comprehensive understanding of quality control processes and procedures.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse audiences.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel throughout the designated region.
