This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +1 more state.
• Oversee SBD’s participation in large-scale construction initiatives from the pre-construction phase through to project completion.
• Ensure alignment with client requirements and project timelines.
• Guide, develop, and supervise a team of Project Solution Managers.
• Promote a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Set and manage sales objectives and forecasts.
• Create strategies aimed at achieving double-digit growth within P&L and T&E budget parameters.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Tailor SBD solutions to enhance efficiency, safety, and profitability.
• Formulate and implement engagement strategies for assigned projects.
• Coordinate SBD resources and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and effective problem resolution.
• Identify opportunities to add value and improve customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and manage financial plans.
• Provide regular updates on project metrics and SBD’s contributions to leadership.
• Utilize critical business systems to track opportunities and report on performance.
• Organize and conduct meetings and events to enhance engagement and outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and advocate for best practices.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• A master’s degree is preferred.
• Relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Over 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or construction project management, with a proven history of achieving results.
• At least 3 years of direct managerial experience leading teams is preferred.
• OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.
• Experience in managing and executing regional budgets within forecast and allocation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Proficient in SAP.
• Proficient in Salesforce.com.
• Comfortable using smartphones.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
