Regional Placement Coordinator – Summer Work and Travel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and oversee relationships with both new and existing host employers to facilitate placements across various program offerings within a designated region.

• Identify, recruit, and assist host families and local coordinators to provide housing solutions for SWT participants.

• Implement outreach strategies to engage potential host employers, renew current accounts, and broaden placement opportunities.

• Maintain a robust sales pipeline while surpassing individual sales and placement targets.

• Offer consultative support to host employers on hiring strategies, workforce planning, and effective program utilization.

• Manage host employer accounts, fulfill commitments, and pinpoint growth and retention opportunities.

• Aid in the planning and execution of community events focused on hosts.

• Monitor and report on sales activities, placement outcomes, and account performance; adjust outreach strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate with compliance, participant services, and internal teams to ensure host satisfaction, participant success, and program quality.

• Proactively respond to the needs of host employers and participants, addressing any challenges that arise.

• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the placement lifecycle.

• Provide an exceptional experience for hosts, participants, host families, and community partners through proactive communication, responsiveness, and exemplary customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of proven sales success is required.

• Experience in B2B and human capital solutions is preferred.

• Ability to analyze metrics to draw conclusions and formulate strategies.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail are required.

• A proactive mindset and a preference for thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Capability to work collaboratively with remote field staff.

• Proficient in investigating and analyzing information to draw conclusions and solve problems effectively.

• Energetic, personable, goal-oriented, and a team player.

• Comfort with ambiguity and a good sense of humor.

• Required technology proficiency.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and Teams is preferred.
