This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Cultivate and oversee relationships with both new and existing host employers to drive placements across various program offerings within a specified territory.
β’ Identify, recruit, and assist host families and local coordinators in providing housing solutions for Summer Work and Travel participants.
β’ Implement outreach strategies to engage potential host employers, renew current accounts, and broaden placement opportunities.
β’ Maintain a robust sales pipeline and surpass individual sales and placement targets.
β’ Offer consultative support to host employers regarding hiring strategies, workforce planning, and program utilization.
β’ Manage accounts, ensure obligations are fulfilled, and identify growth and retention opportunities.
β’ Assist in planning and executing community events focused on hosts.
β’ Track and report sales activities, placement outcomes, and account performance; modify strategies to achieve goals.
β’ Collaborate with compliance, participant services, and internal teams to guarantee host satisfaction, participant success, and program quality.
β’ Proactively respond to the needs of host employers and participants, resolving any challenges that arise.
β’ Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the placement lifecycle.
β’ Provide a gold-standard experience for hosts, participants, host families, and community partners through proactive communication, responsiveness, and excellent customer service.
β’ Bachelor's degree.
β’ A minimum of 3β5 years of proven sales success is required; experience in B2B and human capital solutions is preferred.
β’ Ability to formulate conclusions and strategies based on metrics.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
β’ Proactive approach and a preference for working in a fast-paced setting.
β’ Capability to collaborate with remote field staff.
β’ Proficiency in investigating and analyzing information to draw conclusions and solve problems effectively.
β’ Energetic, personable, and oriented towards goals and teamwork.
β’ Ability to tolerate ambiguity and maintain a sense of humor.
β’ Required technology proficiency; experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and Teams is preferred.
