This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Act as the main liaison with key partners and clients to achieve set objectives and strategic outcomes.
β’ Design and implement tailored training programs for OEM automakers and their dealership networks to enhance and expand the Finance & Insurance business.
β’ Utilize the Safe-Guard Training platform as a competitive advantage and an added-value product/service.
β’ Create a significant presence at industry events, conferences, and in publications on behalf of Safe-Guard.
β’ Collaborate with the Sales Management Team and engage in initiatives aimed at maximizing sales revenue.
β’ Improve programs and systems associated with Safe-Guard product knowledge, mastery in menu selling, and expertise in handling objections.
β’ Organize regional and dealership training seminars to boost dealer profitability and product sales penetration.
β’ Develop and employ manager- and company-approved training and marketing resources.
β’ Support dealers in adhering to relevant laws and regulations through best-practice assessments and continuous training.
β’ Promote and facilitate dealer involvement in F&I certification and training sessions conducted by Safe-Guard.
β’ Educate and train relevant departments and personnel on Safe-Guard offerings.
β’ Execute action plans to drive sales of Safe-Guard products and services.
β’ Strengthen relationships with key partners and create mutually beneficial strategies to enhance productivity.
β’ A minimum of 6 years of experience in automotive retail-related management (F&I, Sales Manager, GSM, GM, Training Specialist).
β’ At least 2 years of specific F&I experience (which may be included in the 6+ years mentioned above).
β’ Over 3 years of demonstrated experience in territory management and training activities (which may also be included in the 6+ years above).
β’ In-depth knowledge and experience in menu selling.
β’ Proficient in selling the current suite of F&I products.
β’ Proven track record in account development with sustained success.
β’ Experience in "hands-on" training development for dealership staff and/or "train the trainer" in-store development.
β’ Must have authorization to work in Canada.
β’ Must successfully clear a background check.
β’ Excellent communication and public speaking abilities.
β’ Demonstrated success in creating innovative programs through the execution of established conversion techniques.
β’ Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time.
