This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the main liaison with key partners and clients to achieve established goals and strategic outcomes.
• Design and implement tailored training programs for OEM automakers and dealership networks to enhance and expand their Finance & Insurance operations.
• Utilize the Safe-Guard Training platform as a strategic advantage and value-added offering.
• Create a significant presence at industry events, conferences, and publications representing Safe-Guard.
• Collaborate with the Sales Management Team and engage in initiatives aimed at maximizing sales revenue.
• Improve programs and systems related to Safe-Guard product knowledge, menu selling expertise, and objection handling skills.
• Organize regional and dealership training seminars focused on boosting dealer profitability and increasing product sales penetration.
• Develop and apply manager- and company-approved training and marketing resources.
• Support dealers in adhering to relevant laws and regulations through best-practice evaluations and continuous training.
• Promote and facilitate dealer involvement in Safe-Guard F&I certification and training sessions.
• Provide education and training to relevant departments and personnel on the features, benefits, and value of Safe-Guard products.
• Execute action plans aimed at elevating sales of Safe-Guard products and services.
• Foster relationships with key partners and devise mutually beneficial strategies to enhance productivity.
• Minimum of 6 years in automotive retail management (F&I, Sales Manager, GSM, GM, Training Specialist).
• At least 2 years of specific F&I experience (which may be part of the 6+ years mentioned above).
• Over 3 years of demonstrated territory management and training experience (which may also be included in the 6+ years above).
• In-depth knowledge and experience in menu selling.
• Proficient in marketing the current F&I product suite portfolio.
• Proven experience in account development with consistent results.
• Skilled in hands-on training of dealership staff and/or conducting “train the trainer” in-store development.
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university is preferred.
• Strong communication and public speaking abilities.
• Established track record of success in creating innovative programs through the application of recognized conversion methods.
• Must be bilingual; proficiency in French and English.
• Willingness to travel at least 70% of the time.
• Must be authorized to work in CA.
