This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the main liaison with key partners and clients to achieve specified objectives and strategic outcomes.
• Design and deliver tailored training programs for OEM automakers and dealership networks aimed at enhancing the Finance & Insurance business.
• Utilize the Safe-Guard Training platform as a key differentiator and a value-added product/service.
• Create a significant presence at industry events, conferences, and publications on behalf of Safe-Guard.
• Collaborate with the Sales Management Team and engage in initiatives to optimize sales revenue.
• Improve programs and systems related to Safe-Guard product knowledge, mastery of menu selling, and expertise in handling objections.
• Conduct regional and dealership training seminars to boost dealer profitability and enhance product sales penetration.
• Develop and employ manager- and company-approved training and marketing resources.
• Support dealers with compliance through best-practice assessments and continuous training.
• Promote and facilitate dealer engagement in Safe-Guard F&I certification and training sessions.
• Educate and train relevant departments and staff on Safe-Guard products.
• Execute action plans to drive sales of Safe-Guard products and services.
• Cultivate relationships and develop win-win strategies with key partners to improve productivity.
• Over 6 years of management experience in automotive retail (F&I, Sales Manager, GSM, GM, Training Specialist).
• At least 2 years of F&I specific experience (can be included in the 6+ years above).
• More than 3 years of demonstrated territory management and training experience (can be included in the 6+ years above).
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in menu selling.
• Proficient in selling the current F&I product suite portfolio.
• Experienced in account development with consistent results.
• Background in hands-on training development for dealership personnel and/or "train the trainer" in-store development.
• Bachelor's Degree (BA) from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred.
• Strong communication and public speaking abilities.
• Proven track record of success in developing innovative programs through the execution of established conversion methods.
• Must be willing to travel at least 60% of the time.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
