This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist in executing the strategic objectives of the client’s program within the designated region.
• Ensure that all Program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met across designated Bodyshops and Dealers.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance business performance, boost repair volume, and improve profitability.
• Mentor Bodyshops in developing and implementing effective Business Improvement Plans.
• Ensure that Bodyshops provide accurate reports from their Business Management Systems (BMS) and oversee data quality and completeness.
• Analyze key performance metrics, including K2K, average repair costs, and parts utilization.
• Assist Bodyshops in optimizing estimates.
• Generate monthly regional reports and leverage insights to plan and execute targeted improvement initiatives.
• Hold regular Performance Review meetings with Dealers and Bodyshops.
• Perform vehicle inspections and standards audits.
• Oversee audit performance to ensure compliance with Audit First-Time Pass Rate targets.
• Document visit reports and action plans within the Bodyshop portal.
• Promote manufacturer initiatives, such as Preferred Supplier, Accident Management, Total Loss Avoidance, and Insurance Products.
• Assess customer satisfaction outcomes and address any negative feedback appropriately.
• Assist Bodyshops in maintaining ADAS calibration capabilities and ensuring compliance.
• Monitor adherence to approved paint and refinish standards, product usage, and environmental VOC regulations.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with a select group of Bodyshops to optimize compliance, repair volumes, parts sales, and profitability.
• In-depth knowledge of the automotive and collision repair industries.
• Strong commercial acumen in the automotive sector; experience in Aftersales and Dealer settings is advantageous.
• High level of analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and produce actionable insights.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, complemented by strong numeracy and literacy.
• Highly self-driven, organized, adaptable, and capable of taking initiative.
• Proven track record of meeting established targets within tight deadlines.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening abilities.
• Proficient in IT, with advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding and practical knowledge of Bodyshop Management Systems.
• Familiarity with paint and refinish processes, manufacturer approval standards, and ADAS calibration requirements.
• Resourceful and proactive in problem-solving.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong team player capable of collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Competent negotiator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Possession of a full UK Driving Licence.
• A recognized qualification in the body and paint industry (e.g., IMI or ATA accreditation) is desirable.
