This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop, enable, sustain, and enhance routes to market and indirect sales channels to increase SailPoint revenues.
• Take ownership of and manage business plans with regional strategic partners.
• Establish and execute market coverage strategies.
• Create go-to-market (GTM) solutions and offerings.
• Coordinate internal and external resources within the designated territory.
• Oversee KPIs and anticipated outcomes.
• Formulate and finalize capacity plans for successful customer implementations.
• Collaborate with delivery success teams on capacity planning and resource quality.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with channel partners alongside the field sales organization.
• Handle conflict resolution, forecasting, and deal management.
• Act as the main point of contact for localized partner enablement.
• Promote and advocate for partners within the sales team.
• Organize activities and communications among channel partners, SailPoint corporate, field sales, and partner teams.
• Detect customer sales opportunities through the partner network and manage them via SailPoint’s selling and pipeline management process.
• Prepare quarterly business and territory reviews for regional partnerships and present them to management and sales leadership.
• Develop partner strategies, joint GTM offerings, marketing initiatives, enablement plans, and business plans.
• Define routes to market, lead operational partner meetings, and drive the adoption of SailPoint accreditations and delivery certifications.
• Over 10 years of experience in Partner Management and business-to-business sales.
• Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales-related discipline is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in a partner-focused sales environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to efficiently and accurately manage partner and internal resource expectations.
• Extensive experience in managing partner activities and implementing process improvements.
• Familiarity with technology, technological innovations, and new technologies within large enterprises.
• Anticipated 40–50% business travel.
• Capability to address cultural and geographic differences.
• Understanding of partner programs, value propositions, onboarding and enablement processes, market segmentation, playbooks, GTM initiatives, and sales engagement.
