Regional Offloads Operations Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Oversee the regional management of offload partners to guarantee adherence to business commitments, customer needs, and the company's operational standards.

• Act as the primary point of contact for regional operations between GE Aerospace and designated offload partners.

• Ensure uniform shop execution through performance evaluations, operational routines, and standardized practices.

• Track and assess SV data to align regional S&OP plans with actual shop performance, output, and limitations.

• Detect operational shortcomings, emerging risks, and necessary recovery actions through performance assessments and partner collaboration.

• Facilitate regional operational routines and supply insights into performance, risks, action plans, and escalation requirements.

• Conduct collaborative operational reviews emphasizing SQDIP, execution discipline, constraint management, and delivery performance.

• Address and resolve regional constraints in collaboration with the Materials, Quality, PSE, planning, and sourcing teams.

• Foster accountability and ongoing improvement through proactive follow-up and performance management.

• Implement FLIGHT DECK principles, lean operational practices, and industry best practices.

• Lead structured problem-solving initiatives to tackle recurring operational challenges and enhance partner performance.

• Assist in standardizing operating mechanisms, metrics, and execution expectations across the offload network.

• Provide regional insights regarding partner health, capacity, risks, recovery plans, and areas for improvement.

• Cultivate relationships with partner leadership teams.

• Advocate for safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Manufacturing & Operations Management.

• Knowledge equivalent to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience (for positions outside the USA).

• For positions in the USA: Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED accompanied by a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in applicable Job Family Group(s)/Function(s).

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

• Proven track record of analyzing and resolving issues effectively.

• Demonstrated experience in leading programs/projects.

• Capability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

• Established project management expertise.
