This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.
• Manage the complete student lifecycle from application processing to final conversion at channel partner offices.
• Achieve student conversion goals specific to different regions.
• Develop and sustain long-term relationships with channel partners.
• Negotiate both commercial and operational terms effectively.
• Onboard and train partner teams comprehensively.
• Ensure partner engagement through ongoing communication, reviews, and field visits.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners.
• Ensure partners comply with processes, documentation standards, and ethical practices.
• Address operational and quality issues at the partner level.
• Assist agents in enhancing application quality and volume.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing and process-training sessions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to provide up-to-date information on country, university, and procedural knowledge.
• Coordinate with Head Office teams to address regional challenges and represent the region in planning efforts.
• Strategize and implement regional marketing initiatives.
• Support events, seminars, fairs, and marketing activities led by partners.
• Tailor marketing strategies to align with regional market dynamics.
• Travel extensively across key cities and towns to promote growth, partner engagement, and operational consistency.
• Hold significant regional decision-making responsibilities, including regional P&L management.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business) is preferred.
• 4–7 years of overall experience.
• A minimum of 2+ years in the International Education sector.
• Strong capability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Quick to learn and apply domain-specific knowledge.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills in complex situations.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
• Ability to drive student conversion targets and manage channel partners effectively.
