This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.
• Manage the complete student lifecycle, from application processing to final conversion, within the channel partner offices in the designated region.
• Strive to meet and exceed region-specific student conversion goals.
• Establish and nurture lasting relationships with channel partners.
• Negotiate both commercial and operational agreements.
• Offer onboarding and continuous training to partner teams.
• Maintain engagement with partners through regular communication, reviews, and field visits.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners.
• Understand and implement KC Overseas’ business model, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure that partner offices adhere to processes, documentation standards, and ethical practices.
• Address partner-level operational and quality challenges.
• Mentor and train agents to enhance the quality and volume of student applications.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing and process-training sessions.
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to provide up-to-date information regarding countries, universities, and processes.
• Work in collaboration with Head Office teams to address regional challenges, support needs, and planning requirements.
• Represent the region in discussions at the Head Office.
• Plan and implement regional marketing strategies.
• Assist in events, seminars, fairs, and marketing activities led by partners.
• Tailor marketing approaches to align with regional market dynamics and partner requirements.
• Travel extensively within the assigned region to promote business growth, partner engagement, and operational consistency.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business) is preferred.
• A total of 4–7 years of professional experience.
• At least 2+ years in the International Education sector.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse array of stakeholders.
• Capability to quickly acquire and apply domain knowledge.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex scenarios and achieve positive outcomes for students and partners.
