This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and coordinate marketing strategies and initiatives to enhance funnel generation and sales for South Korea.

• Adapt global marketing strategies to meet the specific needs of regional customers and create tailored programs.

• Assess the ideal mix of marketing tactics and manage the execution of marketing activities and customer communications within the designated region or country.

• Evaluate market trends and competitor activities, transforming insights into actionable marketing and sales initiatives.

• Aggregate business metrics, market trends, pricing, and technology information for various business units.

• Facilitate effective communication between business units and sales channels.

• Identify and cultivate business opportunities, providing necessary information and support to the sales team.

• Collaborate closely with regional and country senior management to ensure alignment between sales and marketing functions.

• Interact with customers to attract new clients and sustain existing customer relationships.

• Support the sales team throughout the sales process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent qualification.

• Additional post-graduate education, certification, and/or licensure may be necessary.

• Generally, a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience is expected for entry into this role.

• Strong understanding of analytical technologies, including chromatography, mass spectrometry, and spectroscopy.

• Proven experience in driving marketing initiatives within key target segments: Pharma, Biopharma, Food and Environmental testing, Materials, Semiconductors, Alternative Energy, and Applied Chemicals.

• Willingness and capability to travel 25% of the time.
