Regional Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the Integrated Marketing specialist for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and boost customer engagement.

• Customize campaign specifications, execution strategies, and channel combinations to implement the DACH go-to-market strategy.

• Work in conjunction with Demand Generation and Digital Media teams on multi-channel marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with DACH Sales to develop focused account strategies and execute marketing plans that achieve pipeline and revenue objectives.

• Implement field marketing initiatives, regional events, and partnerships throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

• Engage with DACH B2B industry associations, professional networks, and executive communities.

• Collect feedback from local customers, sales managers, and partners to enhance DACH messaging.

• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and campaign metrics to improve performance and inform marketing strategies.

• Ensure that DACH marketing efforts are in line with the company’s brand standards and overall strategic goals.

• Report directly to the Senior Director of Regional Marketing South.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent relevant experience.

• Over 4 years of B2B marketing experience, primarily focused on demand generation, field, or regional marketing within the DACH area.

• Proficiency in both German and English.

• Experience in executing B2B SaaS integrated marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.

• Demonstrated success in collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication skills and adept in cross-functional project management.

• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
