This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Lead a hands-on team dedicated to enhancing placement growth as well as providing support for hosts, participants, and members of the community.
• Drive sales related to host-employer job placements, resulting in multiple program placements.
• Secure host families for participants when their employers do not offer housing options.
• Organize and implement community events that deliver value to hosts.
• Oversee a team responsible for attracting new hosts, renewing and expanding relationships with existing hosts, and sourcing host families within a specified territory.
• Establish tailored sales goals and pipeline targets while offering active coaching.
• Develop outreach strategies to engage new hosts and renew existing partnerships.
• Create and implement host-focused community events to enhance sales.
• Manage regional host accounts by fostering long-term relationships, honoring commitments, and identifying opportunities for growth and retention.
• Monitor and report on sales and placement outcomes, quickly adjusting strategies as needed.
• Advise hosts on hiring strategies and provide expert insights to optimize placement results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, participant services, and other internal teams.
• Ensure a high-quality stakeholder experience through proactive communication and support, as measured by NPS results.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 5–7 years of proven sales success is required; experience in B2B and human capital solutions is preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in people management is preferred.
• Ability to draw conclusions and formulate strategies based on metrics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail are required.
• Must be proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to work with remote field staff.
• Ability to investigate and analyze information to draw conclusions and solve problems effectively.
• Energetic, personable, goal-oriented, and team-oriented individuals are preferred.
• Must possess a tolerance for ambiguity and a sense of humor.
• Technology proficiency is required; experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and Teams is preferred.
• Innovative, creative, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
