This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Lead a dedicated team focused on expanding placements and providing support for hosts, participants, and community members.
• Oversee sales efforts to acquire new hosts, renew and enhance existing host relationships, and recruit host families within a specified territory.
• Establish personalized sales objectives and pipeline targets while offering active coaching.
• Develop outreach strategies aimed at engaging new hosts and revitalizing current relationships.
• Create and implement host-centric community events that deliver value and boost sales.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with host accounts and ensure commitments are met.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and retention.
• Monitor and report on sales and placement outcomes, quickly adjusting strategies for optimal success.
• Advise hosts on hiring strategies and provide insights to enhance placement outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, participant services, and other internal teams.
• Guarantee a high-quality experience for stakeholders through proactive communication and support, as measured by NPS results.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 5–7 years of proven sales success is necessary; experience in B2B and human capital solutions is preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in people management is preferred.
• Capability to draw insights and formulate strategies based on metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail are required.
• A proactive attitude with a preference for a fast-paced working environment.
• Ability to collaborate with remote field staff.
• Proficiency in investigating and analyzing information to draw conclusions and efficiently solve problems.
• Energetic, personable, and focused on goals and teamwork.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a good sense of humor.
• Required technology proficiency; experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and Teams is preferred.
