This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Lead a dedicated team focused on enhancing placement growth and providing support for hosts, participants, and community members.
• Drive job sales for host employers, resulting in multiple program placements.
• Secure accommodation for Summer Work and Travel participants when their employers cannot provide housing.
• Organize and execute community events that deliver value to hosts.
• Mentor staff on effective sales techniques and account management practices.
• Address host-related hiring needs to ensure participants are placed efficiently and effectively.
• Manage sales to new hosts, sustain and expand existing host relationships, and locate host families within a designated territory.
• Establish personalized sales goals and pipeline targets while offering ongoing coaching.
• Develop outreach strategies to attract new hosts and renew existing relationships.
• Create and implement host-focused community events to enhance sales opportunities.
• Provide account management by fostering long-term relationships with hosts, ensuring commitments are met, and identifying growth and retention prospects.
• Monitor and report on sales and placement outcomes, swiftly adjusting strategies as needed.
• Advise hosts on hiring strategies and offer insights to optimize placement results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, participant services, and other internal teams.
• Ensure a premier stakeholder experience through proactive communication and support, evaluated by NPS results.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5–7 years of demonstrable sales success is required; experience in B2B and human capital solutions is preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of management experience is preferred.
• Ability to analyze metrics and formulate strategies based on findings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail are required.
• Proactive attitude with a preference for working in a dynamic environment.
• Capability to collaborate with remote field staff.
• Ability to investigate, analyze information, and solve problems efficiently.
• Energetic, personable, and focused on team and goal achievement.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a good sense of humor.
• Proficiency in technology is required; familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and Teams is preferred.
• Innovative, creative, and adaptable to changing circumstances.

• Candidates must reside in Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
