
Regional Manager – Leisure & All Inclusive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Act as the daily leader and primary liaison for the North American Leisure & All-Inclusive teams.
• Propel sales growth, enhance partner engagement, and foster success across the organization’s brand portfolio.
• Recruit, onboard, train, mentor, and develop a geographically diverse team.
• Drive team performance in alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Conduct weekly and monthly one-on-one meetings with team members in the U.S. and Canada.
• Hold weekly one-on-ones with the Global Managing Director and Sales team.
• Facilitate team meetings and communicate priorities and best practices effectively.
• Lead initiatives for travel advisor engagement and education, including FAMs, webinars, training, and TAConnect.
• Provide weekly team updates via Salesforce and ensure team proficiency in Salesforce and MicroStrategy.
• Coordinate monthly TAConnect webinars.
• Monitor performance, objectives, documentation, quarterly accomplishments, and necessary trackers.
• Conduct performance reviews and offer continuous feedback, coaching, and development support.
• Manage calendars that reflect customer engagement activities.
• Oversee team expenses, approve claims, and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate the HFS FAM Playbook and document outcomes.
• Maintain call files for the All-Inclusive team.
• Generate ad hoc reports for the Global Managing Director.
• Attend occasional in-person events for travel advisor engagement.
• Investigate performance issues, conduct audits, and implement corrective measures.
• Assess individual performance and the commercial effectiveness of resource allocation.
• Optimize team resources and engagement with wholesale partners and agencies.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Expand partnerships and enhance awareness of the organization’s brand portfolio.
• Assist with reasonable ad hoc tasks and additional hours as required.
• Over 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality or travel, preferably in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Knowledge of leisure, resort, and all-inclusive sectors is preferred.
• Experience in leading and developing teams of 7 or more employees across various markets or time zones.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, MicroStrategy, or similar CRM/reporting tools.
• Proven capability to manage performance, foster accountability, and meet KPIs.
• Ability to lead change, embrace new tools, and sustain team engagement.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organized with exceptional project management and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, WebEx, and Zoom.
• Self-motivated, professional, adaptable, and ready to support extended hours and additional responsibilities.
• Ability to maintain professional business attire for customer-facing events and internal meetings.
• Remote work arrangement.
• Occasional domestic and international business travel.
