Regional Manager, Leisure & All-Inclusive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Direct, mentor, inspire, and cultivate a sales team that spans across the United States and Canada.

• Set team goals, track KPIs and performance, conduct evaluations, and deliver continuous coaching and development.

• Recruit, onboard, train, and foster the growth of team members.

• Spearhead regional sales initiatives and pursue sales targets, business goals, and market visibility within leisure and all-inclusive sectors.

• Forge partnerships with wholesale partners, travel advisors, host agencies, consortia, and various industry stakeholders.

• Facilitate field coaching through customer interactions, partner meetings, trade events, conferences, and sales activities.

• Oversee the allocation of sales resources across accounts, markets, and commercial opportunities.

• Promote travel-advisor educational programs, webinars, training sessions, videos, FAM trips, and promotional initiatives.

• Develop and uphold sales processes and procedures.

• Ensure precise and timely reporting via Salesforce, MicroStrategy, and other business systems.

• Supervise monthly and quarterly reporting, activity monitoring, team updates, and business evaluations.

• Assess performance, account coverage, customer insights, market trends, competitive activities, and partner performance.

• Provide leadership with updates on performance, commercial insights, and recommendations.

• Manage team budgets, business expenses, partner investments, forecasting, and resource distribution.

• Maintain calendars, document sales activities, and juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Operate from a remote home-office setting while managing employees across various markets and time zones.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, ideally within the hospitality, travel, tourism, sales, or a related field.

• Demonstrated success in leading and developing field-based sales teams, achieving results in line with defined sales targets and business goals.

• Experience in managing remote employees across various territories, markets, and/or time zones.

• Capability to set clear expectations, develop effective processes, enforce accountability, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Strong coaching and talent development skills.

• Robust commercial insight and analytical abilities, with the skill to interpret data and translate findings into actionable business strategies.

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.

• Proficient in cultivating productive relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and external business partners.

• Familiarity with CRM and reporting systems, preferably Salesforce.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx, and similar business productivity and communication tools.

• Willingness to travel approximately 20%+, including domestic and occasional international trips.

• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a remote leadership context.

• Preferred experience in the hospitality sector with a leading hotel company, resort organization, travel supplier, tour operator, destination management company, or wholesale travel organization.

• Knowledge of the leisure, resort, and all-inclusive hospitality sectors.

• Experience collaborating with travel advisors, host agencies, consortia, and wholesale travel partners.

• Familiarity with business intelligence and sales analytics platforms such as MicroStrategy.

• Experience in managing budgets, forecasting expenses, and optimizing resource allocation.

• Proven experience supporting or leading sales teams across the United States and Canada.
