This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ghana.

📋 Description

• Manage the comprehensive student lifecycle from application processing to final conversion across channel partner offices.

• Achieve student conversion targets specific to the region.

• Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with channel partners.

• Negotiate both commercial and operational terms.

• Onboard and train the teams of partner organizations.

• Engage with partners through effective communication, reviews, and field visits.

• Identify and onboard new channel partners.

• Ensure that partners comply with processes, documentation standards, and ethical practices.

• Address operational or quality issues at the partner level.

• Guide agents to enhance the quality and volume of student applications.

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to deliver up-to-date knowledge about countries, universities, and processes.

• Work alongside Head Office teams to tackle regional challenges, provide operational support, academic assistance, and marketing support.

• Represent the region in discussions and planning at the Head Office.

• Plan and implement regional marketing initiatives.

• Support events, seminars, fairs, and marketing activities led by partners.

• Tailor marketing strategies to align with regional market dynamics and partner requirements.

• Travel extensively within the assigned region to foster business growth, partner engagement, and operational consistency.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• 4–7 years of overall experience.

• At least 2+ years in the International Education sector.

• Capable of collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Quick learner with the ability to apply domain knowledge effectively.

• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills in complex situations.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the assigned region.
