Regional Manager Construction – Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and sustain business connections within the construction industry, including associations, guilds, and chambers of commerce.

• Offer personalized support to end clients in the construction sector through written communication and phone interactions.

• Thoroughly acquire, service, and optimize the portfolio of existing commercial clients.

• Engage in cross-channel acquisition of new clients in collaboration with sales channels.

• Manage public relations and provide regional support for construction partners and relevant organizations.

• Conduct active sales through face-to-face interactions as well as via video calls, telephone, and online consultations.

• Design, plan, and execute customer events.

• Systematically increase market share through targeted new customer acquisition efforts.

• Maintain a high standard of advisory services through structured annual reviews and detailed documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Vocational qualification as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), certified business specialist (m/f/d), or a comparable background.

• Relevant professional expertise in the construction industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with regional markets, construction projects, and customer networks is advantageous.

• Strong sales drive with the ability to inspire clients and effectively present construction-related products.

• Excellent service orientation and customer focus.

• Organizational skills to plan workflows based on factual, situational, and economic criteria, with reliable effort estimation.

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital communication tools.
