This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Propel revenue expansion within the designated territory.
• Ensure adherence to all program specifications.
• Recruit and retain qualified Providers effectively.
• Cultivate and sustain robust Provider relationships.
• Collaborate with Senior Management, including the CEO and CFO.
• Work alongside Compliance, Licensing, Central Processing, Call Center, and Customer Solutions teams.
• Monitor Provider coverage and capacity, identifying any coverage requirements.
• Source and enlist Providers with expertise in various home improvement sectors.
• Oversee recruiting demands and transition approved Providers to Compliance for onboarding and activation.
• Assist Compliance Specialists in evaluating Providers through the application and activation process.
• Train, mentor, influence, and hold Contractors accountable to company processes and standards.
• Analyze business metrics and reports, formulate action plans, and execute them.
• Conduct Monthly Business Reviews with Providers.
• Coordinate store visits alongside lead generators and store management.
• Identify, document, and disseminate best practices in lead generation, sales, installation, and service.
• Enhance processes to automate or bolster efficiency.
• Communicate and implement new initiatives, programs, and policies in the field.
• Assist in the resolution of service-related issues.
• Perform additional duties as necessary.
• Extended periods of work at a desk and using a computer.
• Some tasks may occasionally involve handling or moving materials weighing up to 15 pounds (7 kg).
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of experience in retail or a related field.
• Strong business acumen with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Good judgment and solid problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written, with a knack for presenting information clearly and concisely.
• Capability to interact effectively with all organizational levels, including executives and C-level personnel.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and keen attention to detail.
• Self-driven, independent, and capable of thriving in a remote work setting.
• Highly organized with excellent time management capabilities and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.
• Adaptability to changing or multiple priorities.
• Must live within reasonable distance to a major airport for frequent and efficient business travel.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field (considered an asset).
• Familiarity with the home improvement industry (considered an asset).
