This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Guide the clinical excellence managers in the Midwest region by overseeing account management and ensuring customer success.
• Cultivate relationships with the clinical excellence team and collaborate with clients to uphold high standards of patient care.
• Engage in the sales process alongside the sales team to assist with long-term planning.
• Create and execute processes and frameworks that enhance customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.
• Work with various departments to support strategic goals.
• Partner with the capital sales team to broaden partial market footprints.
• Facilitate sales for new and expansion opportunities by educating customers on implementation, adoption, use, and success.
• Deliver education, documentation, product feedback, implementation assistance, and best-practice advice without making clinical or operational decisions for customers.
• Conduct routine and quality business reviews with customers.
• Provide both in-person and virtual support to customers, partners, and Outset team members.
• Aid in business, clinical, operational, and financial action planning.
• Propel strategic priorities in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Take part in drafting policies and procedures that promote high-quality patient care.
• Enhance team skills, drive refresh strategies, and lead transitions for challenging accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical, service, commercial, and Sales Effectiveness teams.
• Manage relationships with healthcare providers, professional organizations, regulatory agencies, and external vendors.
• Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
• Lead and mentor the clinical excellence team while supporting their career development.
• Act as the primary contact for customer escalations and issues.
• Monitor and convey team priorities, metrics, and achievements.
• Formulate clinical strategies to increase medical-device utilization and provide training for effective implementation and use.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field.
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of nursing leadership experience in a healthcare or medical device environment.
• Proficient in compliance regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in developing business plans and financial models.
• Comprehensive understanding of the health system accreditation process.
• Strong background in process and quality improvement.
• Ability to translate data and analytics into actionable plans.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75%.
• Candidates should reside in the Midwest region with convenient access to a major airport.
• Desired: functional knowledge of dialysis or other relevant medical technologies.
• Desired: experience in or collaboration with the medical device industry.
• Desired: MSN or MBA; DNP.
• Preferred advanced certifications in nursing or related fields.
• Preferred certifications include CNE, NEA-BC, CPHQ, CNL, CMSRN, and CCRN.
