
Regional Manager, Clinical Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead the regional clinical excellence managers in account management and ensuring customer success.
β’ Cultivate relationships within the clinical excellence team and collaborate with customers to uphold high standards of patient care.
β’ Engage in the sales process alongside the sales team and work together to enhance customer engagement.
β’ Assist with customer education, implementation, adoption, product usage, and overall success of Outset offerings.
β’ Deliver education, provide Outset documentation, share product-related insights, support implementation, and offer best-practice recommendations without making clinical or operational decisions for customers.
β’ Guarantee that routine and quality business reviews with customers are conducted effectively.
β’ Offer both in-person and virtual support to customers, partners, and Outset team members.
β’ Aid in business, clinical, operational, and financial action planning.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to promote strategic priorities and engage in the development of policies and procedures.
β’ Formulate clinical strategies to boost medical-device utilization and pinpoint best practices for installations and program growth.
β’ Oversee refresh strategies and manage the transition of problematic accounts.
β’ Facilitate training programs and foster the development of the clinical excellence team.
β’ Manage external vendors and provide insights for timely execution of strategies and programs.
β’ Handle customer escalations and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Monitor and convey team priorities, metrics, and achievements.
β’ Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
β’ Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
β’ Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related discipline.
β’ Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of nursing leadership experience in a healthcare or medical device environment.
β’ Proficient understanding of compliance regulations and standards.
β’ Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
β’ Experience in developing business plans and financial models.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of the health system accreditation process.
β’ Strong background in process and quality improvement.
β’ Ability to translate data and analytics into actionable plans.
β’ Familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
β’ Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time.
β’ Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
β’ Detail-oriented with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
β’ Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional setting.
β’ Competence in managing pressure and multitasking.
β’ Goal-oriented with a commitment to driving initiatives to successful resolution.
β’ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to forge strong customer relationships.
β’ Preferred qualifications include an MSN or MBA, DNP, experience in the medical device industry, or knowledge of dialysis or other relevant medical technologies.
β’ Advanced nursing or related-field certifications are preferred.
β’ Desired certifications include CNE, NEA-BC, CPHQ, CNL, CMSRN, and CCRN.
