This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Ensure effectiveness and efficiency within the designated territory.
• Create business and market strategies to foster growth and profitability.
• Engage and inspire employees while ensuring they are well-placed in their roles.
• Provide sales leadership and uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop action plans for monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
• Analyze Profit and Loss Reports and adjust strategies to enhance Regional and Profit Center operations.
• Build regional organizational structures that align with customer needs and growth and revenue goals.
• Guide Store Managers in optimizing fleet mix, pricing, maintenance programs, utilization, delivery, and fleet sharing.
• Implement programs and adjust strategies based on business conditions and company objectives.
• Design and execute operational and sales-focused strategies.
• Implement market plans to maximize sales and profit potential.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for long-term objectives.
• Identify and leverage industry and market trends.
• Lead sales forecasting, management, and development of the sales force.
• Ensure outstanding customer service by resolving issues and uncovering opportunities.
• Mentor direct reports and cultivate the region's leadership pipeline.
• Direct management, sales, and staff to perform effectively and foster a growth-oriented culture.
• Ensure coordinated leadership and consistency across regions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience managing at the district level, in addition to 2 years of sales experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed; position requires up to 75% travel.
• Proficiency across all product lines, including product specifications and technical design of projects and applications.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational abilities.
• Capability to coach, mentor, and develop subordinates.
• Proven ability to achieve results aligned with Sunbelt's values and goals.
• Demonstrated track record of Profit and Loss accountability.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the role.
• Compliance with Sunbelt’s safety policies and guidelines.
• Ability to perform driving, loading, and unloading, as well as work in extreme weather conditions, and/or during nights and weekends when necessary.
