This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine, +1 more state.
• Foster profitable growth by acquiring and nurturing both new and existing client relationships, while enhancing market presence through exceptional, innovative, and customized service.
• Formulate and execute annual business strategies.
• Achieve profitable growth in operating revenues and earnings budget by utilizing Sedgwick’s established business processes.
• Generate and implement talent management and financial control plans to ensure successful regional execution.
• Supervise assigned property and casualty staff to guarantee efficient branch operations.
• Promote effective communication between internal and external clients.
• Review work products for validity and accuracy, ensuring delivery is technically and grammatically correct.
• Create and uphold customer and colleague satisfaction.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• Support organizational quality initiatives.
• Travel as necessary.
• Administer company personnel policies while adhering to staffing standards and training recommendations.
• Conduct interviews, hire new staff, and develop colleague performance improvement plans.
• Lead colleague performance discussions.
• Offer support, guidance, and motivation to foster maximum performance.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience or a comparable combination of education and experience, including technical multi-line insurance claims adjusting and leadership experience.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present effectively.
• Proficient in using personal computers, including Microsoft Office applications.
