Regional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist the Sales team within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metro Area.

• Drive sales of Saturna Capital-affiliated mutual funds by engaging with the American Muslim Community.

• Provide comprehensive financial planning services.

• Offer separate account options.

• Manage assigned territory and achieve sales targets to fulfill objectives.

• Identify key relationships and formulate strategies to enhance client AUM.

• Promote Saturna services, including retirement and trust solutions.

• Participate in various weekend conferences throughout the year.

• Deliver technical product information in a creative manner.

• Utilize CRM insights via HubSpot.

• Adhere to company policies concerning industry regulations and guidelines for securities and investment products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous sales experience in mutual funds, separate accounts, or other financial industry products is essential.

• In-depth knowledge of values-based and sustainable investing strategies and offerings.

• Possession of FINRA SIE Exam, Series 7 and 66 licenses; must be an existing license holder or achieve them within six months of employment.

• Willingness to travel extensively and work on weekends.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Exceptional presentation and closing skills.

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a closely related field.

• Proficiency in or ability to converse in Arabic and/or Urdu is preferable.
