Regional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Assist the Sales team in achieving their goals

• Drive sales of mutual funds associated with Saturna Capital by engaging the American Muslim Community

• Provide comprehensive financial planning services

• Offer management of separate accounts

• Oversee a designated territory and generate sales to fulfill objectives

• Identify key relationships and create a strategy to enhance client assets under management (AUM)

• Promote additional Saturna services, including retirement plans and trust offerings

• Participate in numerous weekend conferences throughout the year

• Deliver technical product knowledge in a creative manner

• Utilize CRM insights through HubSpot effectively

• Adhere to company policies and industry regulations regarding securities and investment products

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven sales experience in mutual funds, separate accounts, or other financial products

• Deep understanding of values-based and sustainable investing strategies and products

• Possession of FINRA SIE Exam, Series 7, and 66 licenses; must be a current holder or pass within six months of employment

• Willingness to travel extensively and work on weekends

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong presentation abilities and effective closing techniques

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related discipline

• Proficient in or capable of speaking Arabic and/or Urdu
