Regional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist a network of dental clinics located in the British Columbia area

• Provide proactive leadership, coaching, and strategic guidance to Clinic Managers and Office Managers

• Enhance performance in patient satisfaction, financial outcomes, operational excellence, and team engagement

• Foster leadership capabilities and succession planning throughout the region

• Advocate for a patient-focused culture and support initiatives aimed at clinical excellence

• Ensure effective appointment scheduling, coordination, and patient flow

• Address escalated patient issues and maintain compliance with regulatory and provincial standards

• Complete yearly facility condition assessments

• Collaborate with Clinic Managers and Lead Dentists to establish annual goals and execution strategies

• Analyze key performance indicators to uncover opportunities for revenue enhancement and operational efficiency

• Promote patient engagement, hygiene production, pricing strategies, and workforce management

• Implement Support Centre programs, policies, and operational procedures

• Conduct routine clinic visits and assist with the integration of new clinics

• Hold responsibility for regional P&L outcomes and mentor managers on budgeting, forecasting, and workforce optimization

• Engage in monthly, quarterly, and annual business evaluations

• Supervise administrative responsibilities for payroll, scheduling, reporting, banking operations, and accounts receivable

• Enhance collaboration between clinics and Support Centre teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple sites, ideally in dental or healthcare settings

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Services Management, Dental Administration, or a related discipline is advantageous

• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills

• Strong financial acumen, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and KPI assessment

• Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

• Familiarity with dental industry regulatory and compliance standards

• Agile leadership approach with strong skills in prioritization and execution

• Valid driver's license and readiness to travel frequently within the region

• Legally authorized to work in Canada
