Regional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take charge of field operations for Costco roadshows within the designated region.

• Ensure that each roadshow is supported by a fully staffed and well-prepared team on-site.

• Oversee the performance, growth, and retention of Brand Ambassadors.

• Maintain relationships with Costco warehouses and act as the primary escalation point for issues.

• Guarantee the integrity of schedules and accuracy of field data.

• Approve payroll, time records, and expenses.

• Collaborate with Recruiting to conduct regional hiring.

• Direct internal operational concerns to the Operations Manager.

• Address and resolve issues related to Costco warehouses.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years managing hourly field, retail, or event teams across various sites or markets.

• Proven leadership experience with hourly staff, including responsibilities for hiring, onboarding, and managing performance and attendance.

• Experience with high-volume staffing against a set calendar, ensuring accountability for team coverage.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain working relationships with retailer, host-site, or venue management, and effectively resolve issues on-site.

• Proficient in scheduling, workforce management, and timekeeping systems, with a commitment to keeping these systems updated.

• Experience in processing payroll and approving time and expenses for a team.

• Willingness and capability to travel within the assigned region, including weekends during show periods.

• A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required.

• Preferred: Experience in retail services, agency, or brand support for concurrent client programs.

• Preferred: Background in roadshows, demonstrations, events, or in-store activations.

• Preferred: Experience working with third-party staffing agencies for coverage solutions.

• Preferred: Bilingual skills.
