This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Act as the primary liaison and trusted leader for District Managers within the designated region.
β’ Supervise merchandising, brand ambassador, and field execution services.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with field specialists, District Managers, store leadership, retailers, and client partners.
β’ Recruit, interview, hire, train, mentor, and develop the regional field management team.
β’ Oversee reporting related to scheduling, staffing, performance, coaching activities, follow-up actions, and execution.
β’ Manage team training, onboarding processes, communication, and field execution.
β’ Prepare reports and assess performance against program objectives, metrics, timelines, and client expectations.
β’ Collaborate with Team Leaders and internal stakeholders to review reports and promote continuous improvement.
β’ Relay field issues, staffing concerns, performance discrepancies, representative turnover, and program challenges to leadership.
β’ Oversee regional expenses while ensuring adherence to company policies and program guidelines.
β’ Operate from a home office while traveling to client/Mosaic headquarters, retailers, and field locations.
β’ Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
β’ High School Diploma or GED.
β’ A minimum of three years of management experience in retail, merchandising, training, field marketing, or a related field.
β’ Proven supervisory or people leadership experience.
β’ Preferred experience in retail merchandising, retail operations, grocery, club, or big-box retail environments.
β’ A designated home office space equipped with broadband Internet access.
β’ Strong computer skills, including proficiency in internet usage, email, reporting tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
β’ Proof of insurance and a written agreement to maintain current insurance when utilizing a personal vehicle for business purposes.
β’ Capability to plan, prioritize, and manage personnel, projects, and deadlines effectively.
β’ Adaptability to changing business requirements and the ability to meet client expectations.
β’ Skills in coaching, mentoring, training, and facilitation.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
β’ Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
β’ Willingness to participate in weekly team conference calls.
β’ Capability to conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with Team Leaders.
β’ Willingness and ability to travel weekly or bi-weekly within the assigned territory, depending on business needs.
β’ Work in a remote home office environment.
β’ Home office equipped with broadband Internet access.
