Regional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee field operations within the designated region.

• Ensure that each roadshow is accompanied by a fully equipped and prepared team on-site.

• Manage relationships with Costco warehouses and act as the primary escalation contact for Costco issues.

• Oversee the performance, development, and retention of Brand Ambassadors.

• Maintain the integrity of schedules and ensure the accuracy of field data.

• Approve payroll, time entries, and expenses.

• Collaborate with Recruiting to conduct regional hiring.

• Direct internal operational concerns to the Operations Manager.

• Address and resolve issues related to Costco warehouses.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience managing hourly field, retail, or event teams across multiple locations or markets.

• Direct leadership of hourly staff, including responsibilities for hiring, onboarding, performance, and attendance management.

• Proven experience in staffing at scale against a fixed schedule, with accountability for coverage.

• Demonstrated capability to establish and maintain working relationships with retailer, host-site, or venue management, as well as resolve issues effectively.

• Proficient in scheduling, workforce management, and timekeeping systems, with a commitment to keeping them up-to-date.

• Experience in closing payroll and approving time and expenses for a team.

• Willingness and capability to travel throughout the assigned region, including weekends during show periods.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Experience in retail services, agency, or brand environments supporting multiple client programs. (Preferred)

• Background in roadshows, demos, events, or in-store activations. (Preferred)

• Experience collaborating with third-party staffing agencies for coverage. (Preferred)

• Bilingual skills. (Preferred)
