Regional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Lead and inspire a team of District Managers within a specified region.

• Create and execute regional strategies that align with the vision of the Intel Program.

• Guide and mentor District Managers to cultivate high-performing teams that support both retailers and consumers.

• Advocate for innovative applications of Intel products in retail environments.

• Promote the adoption of state-of-the-art Intel solutions and experiences.

• Examine regional data, including sales KPIs, customer satisfaction metrics, and results from program training.

• Recognize opportunities for enhancement and refine strategies accordingly.

• Encourage equitable access to Intel products and the integration of technology.

• Establish connections with retail regional and district leadership.

• Customize program offerings to meet the specific needs and trends of retailers.

• Significant leadership experience in retail, with a focus on technology integration preferred.

• A proven history of enhancing sales performance through effective training and driving program success.

• Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities, able to translate vision into practical regional strategies.

• Proficient in coaching and mentoring others.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• A data-driven approach to sales leadership with the ability to analyze insights effectively.

• Comprehensive understanding of the retail landscape, including business trends and emerging technologies.

• Experience managing multiple teams or regions in the retail sector is preferred.

• Familiarity with the distinct needs and challenges faced by various retailers is preferred.

• Experience in professional development and training programs tailored for the retail sector is preferred.
