Regional Lead, Agent Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the regional liaison for Transaction Specialists, ensuring adherence to processes and operational excellence.

• Handle deal overflow during busy periods and manage team workload effectively.

• Provide workflow support during team members' paid time off (PTO).

• Elevate complex or sensitive matters to the Director of Agent Finance.

• Collaborate with agents to facilitate the smooth transition of transactions from contract to closing.

• Work alongside regional Brokers of Record to verify compliance, documentation accuracy, and licensing representation.

• Cultivate service-oriented relationships with agents to enhance communication and success in transactions.

• Supervise transaction documentation and ensure compliance with state, regional, and brokerage standards.

• Maintain and audit records in Total Brokerage (TB) and SkySlope.

• Analyze commission structures, splits, and payouts for precision and adherence to policies.

• Recognize and resolve compliance issues prior to closing.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Total Brokerage and SkySlope systems.

• Assist in optimizing systems and suggest process enhancements.

• Train and onboard new Transaction Specialists.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or similar disciplines.

• 3–5 years of professional experience in real estate transactions, compliance, or operations.

• Demonstrated capability to effectively manage multiple priorities and team workflows.

• Strong knowledge of commission processing and document management within real estate systems.

• Proficient in SkySlope, CDA generation, and Excel.

• Experience in managing a remote team.

• Familiarity with the markets in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Delaware, Maryland, or Virginia.

• Experience with Escrow processes.

• Availability to work within Central/Eastern time zones.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• High level of accuracy in reviewing documents and financial calculations.

• Quick learner, able to adapt to new platforms and process changes.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

• Must reside within the United States.
