This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as the initial contact for potential clients and referral sources through phone, email, or online inquiries.

• Quickly build trust through a combination of warmth, professionalism, and empathy.

• Engage in discovery conversations to identify caller needs and evaluate compatibility with our services.

• Clearly and confidently articulate TheKey’s value proposition.

• Assist qualified callers in moving towards care assessments, consultations, or the initiation of services.

• Provide valuable resources or referrals to callers who may not be a suitable fit.

• Conduct conversations that embody TheKey’s commitment to compassion, accuracy, and clarity.

• Record every call in Salesforce/CRM with detailed and high-quality notes.

• Gather all intake data to facilitate smooth transitions to downstream teams.

• Achieve or surpass key performance indicators for call answering, speed of response, first-call resolution, lead conversion, and documentation accuracy.

• Identify, create, organize, and monitor new leads utilizing both internal and external resources, as well as Salesforce.

• Cultivate relationships with referral partners through effective communication and outreach strategies.

• Collaborate with client success, operations, and sales teams to enhance intake processes and eliminate bottlenecks.

• Coordinate with external agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders involved in the intake process.

• Travel within the region as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a take/inside sales position, or comparable experience, preferably in healthcare.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with applicable regulations and compliance standards.

• Capability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel within the region as necessary.

• Ability to travel approximately 15% of the time.

• Capacity to lift and carry weights of 15-20 pounds.

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.

• Proficiency in using standard office equipment, including personal computers, laptops, telephones, and photocopy machines.
