Regional HSE Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Promote the Blattner safety culture and implement the Blattner Safety Program.

• Act as a health, safety, and environmental (HSE) expert and advisor for project site teams.

• Liaise with client HSE professionals regarding overall Blattner HSE performance.

• Evaluate and mentor project leaders to enhance the safety culture using data and Blattner examples.

• Review Blattner's safety culture and ensure HSE Programs are adhered to, enforced, and consistently applied on projects.

• Identify safety gaps in work plans and ensure necessary adjustments are made.

• Collaborate with Operations, Learning and Development, the Lean Advantage Team, and the Quality Department to create safe work plans and processes.

• Work alongside site management to provide technical training and develop leadership in safety.

• Communicate and advise site leadership and client HSE professionals on existing and potential jobsite exposures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in occupational safety or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.

• Seven (7) years of experience in a construction safety leadership position or operations.

• Preferred knowledge of electrical safety and experience in renewable energy.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
