Regional HR Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide operational support and oversee HR functional activities for designated regions.

• Work closely with Store Operations Business Partners to ensure HR compliance, optimal staffing levels, retention, and team member engagement.

• Lead initiatives in succession planning, training compliance, coaching, field development, and development plans.

• Implement store stabilization strategies through partnership interviews, performance management, and turnover programs.

• Assist and guide the Talent Management process.

• Support the Regional Director and Field Managers in enhancing team member engagement.

• Collaborate with Team Relations, Field Managers, and AP Business Partners to conduct and resolve investigations.

• Analyze personnel metrics and regional reports to pinpoint improvement opportunities and formulate action-oriented market plans.

• Aid in the rollout of new or revised projects and programs.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of federal and state employment laws to ensure Store Operations compliance.

• Represent HR and Store Operations in cross-functional teams, projects, new initiatives, and process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent professional experience.

• 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources within a multi-unit retail setting.

• Advanced understanding of Human Resource policies and procedures.

• Familiarity with all federal, state, and local HR regulations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.

• PHR and/or SPHR or SHRM-CP and/or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
