This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Establish and nurture trusted relationships with operational leaders, acting as a strategic HR resource for designated locations and teams.
β’ Collaborate with leaders to assess business and staffing requirements, and formulate effective people strategies.
β’ Provide coaching to managers and leaders on performance management, workplace expectations, communication, team dynamics, and leadership practices.
β’ Assist in organizational changes, team development, workforce planning, and people-related initiatives.
β’ Cultivate community connections and represent the organization at events focused on community and talent.
β’ Enhance employee engagement, recognition, communication, retention, and foster a positive workplace culture.
β’ Oversee the Employee Recognition Program.
β’ Evaluate employee satisfaction through surveys, stay interviews, exit interviews, and other feedback mechanisms.
β’ Collaborate with Recruitment and operational leadership regarding workforce planning, candidate selection, offers, onboarding, staffing trends, turnover, and challenging-to-fill positions.
β’ Facilitate regional onboarding experiences for new employees.
β’ Provide guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance issues, attendance, workplace conduct, conflict resolution, and corrective actions.
β’ Support investigations and recommend suitable courses of action.
β’ Supervise attendance and performance management processes, ensuring timely completion of evaluations and documentation.
β’ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
β’ Assist in the development, implementation, communication, and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
β’ Identify and escalate any employee relations or compliance risks.
β’ Maintain confidentiality when managing sensitive information.
β’ Create employee communications and coordinate regional training and development initiatives.
β’ Aid in manager training on leadership, employee relations, performance management, policies, and workplace expectations.
β’ Assess HR processes and employee experiences using HR metrics and workforce trends.
β’ Engage in HR projects and organizational initiatives as assigned.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience.
β’ Preferred experience in direct collaboration with managers and operational leaders.
β’ Preferred experience with employee relations, performance management, recruitment/staffing, and employment compliance.
β’ Possession of HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is advantageous.
β’ Strong skills in relationship-building, business acumen, employee advocacy, communication, coaching, influence, problem-solving, conflict resolution, confidentiality, organization, adaptability, collaboration, and compliance.
β’ Capability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Ability to work in both professional office and/or remote office settings.
β’ Proficient in effective communication through both verbal and written forms.
