This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Collaborate with regional executives to outline workforce strategies that support regional growth.
• Offer change management assistance during organizational transformations and market entries.
• Serve as a communication link between Global HQ HR and local regional teams.
• Provide data-driven people insights to regional leadership to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Create tailored talent acquisition strategies for executive and high-impact sales leadership positions.
• Oversee regional succession planning for emerging markets.
• Conduct annual talent reviews in the region and design targeted upskilling initiatives.
• Facilitate competitive onboarding experiences across borders, customized to regional specifics.
• Implement corporate appraisal systems that are adapted to local market realities.
• Mentor regional country managers on performance enhancement and constructive feedback techniques.
• Foster a high-performance culture that aligns with Tiens Group’s values and direct-selling model.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives aimed at minimizing turnover across borders.
• Keep abreast of labor law changes across assigned countries to mitigate legal risks.
• Address complex employee relations issues, grievances, and local compliance challenges.
• Provide guidance on compensation adjustments and the localization of corporate benefit programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in law, Human Resources, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years as a Regional HRBP.
• Previous experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) or a regional head office with matrix reporting structures.
• Experience in the direct selling, FMCG, healthcare, or retail sectors is highly desirable.
• Professional fluency in English and at least one other major language relevant to the designated region.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (both spoken and written) is a significant advantage.
• Comprehensive understanding of labor law frameworks within the designated region.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-cultural teams and effectively handling remote stakeholder management.
• Strong data literacy, with experience utilizing AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 20% of the time based on business requirements.
• Candidates must have unrestricted legal authorization to work and travel within their respective region or continent without company sponsorship.
• Must be able to align with local regional business hours.
