HR Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Act as a key member of the Management team within the Large Motors & Generators Division.

• Enhance HR’s overall impact on the business.

• Collaborate with leaders to grasp current and future business drivers.

• Determine areas where HR can provide added value.

• Convert business goals into HR priorities.

• Execute HR priorities alongside managers and the HR team.

• Partner with Centers of Expertise and global business services.

• Foster high performance in line with global business standards, KPIs, and targets.

• Advocate for HR within the larger business context.

• Establish strong relationships with leadership.

• Offer expert advice on HR-related issues.

• Recognize and address organizational and talent capabilities necessary for future success.

• Utilize HR analytics to assess organizational trends and dynamics.

• Convert HR insights into actionable strategies.

• Lead the HR team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• Several years of experience in Human Resources.

• Experience in a blue-collar-oriented setting.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate within cross-functional teams.

• A cooperative, solution-oriented mindset.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.

• Proficiency in Swedish.

• Proficiency in English.

• Swedish citizenship or permanent residency, or a work permit for Sweden.
