This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the Eastern England area, encompassing consumer behavior, competitor actions, and retail market trends.
• Seek out, engage, and onboard new independent and multi-store retail partners.
• Oversee a portfolio of retail partners to enhance revenue through merchandising, promotions, operational enhancements, and targeted campaigns.
• Work in conjunction with Marketing and Product teams on regional strategies to boost orders, basket sizes, and repeat purchases.
• Evaluate store and regional performance metrics and execute quantifiable growth action plans.
• Offer operational support and address escalations in coordination with Retail Operations and Technical Support.
• Cultivate trust-based relationships with retail stakeholders.
• Represent Snappy Shopper at local industry and community functions.
• Report on regional KPIs and provide insights to inform national growth strategies and product enhancements.
• Travel frequently across the East of England region to meet with retailers.
• Demonstrated experience in commercial, field-based sales or account management, preferably within the retail, grocery, or convenience sectors.
• Exceptional relationship-building and influencing abilities.
• Capacity to engage partners at various levels.
• Proficient in analyzing performance data and converting insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Experience in managing KPIs and other business metrics.
• Comfortable engaging in constructive and challenging discussions.
• Self-driven and well-organized.
• Capability to manage regional travel schedules and balance competing stakeholder priorities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with retailer merchandising platforms, promotional activities, or commercial trading is preferred.
• Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle, or an equivalent means of traveling across the region.
