This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Identify and assess opportunities within current and prospective partners, including whitespace analysis and share-of-wallet opportunity sizing.
• Develop and manage frameworks for monitoring and enhancing sales performance metrics throughout partner lifecycle stages.
• Offer analytical support to RevOps, Sales Leadership, Partner Strategy, and B2B Marketing teams.
• Execute partner-level forecasting utilizing historical trends, cohort modeling, and macroeconomic indicators.
• Spearhead market research and prospect intelligence for potential enterprise partnerships.
• Employ web scraping and secondary data analysis to evaluate market presence, business scale, and potential vertical integration.
• Estimate the current and prospective volume and revenue impact for executive-level partnership presentations.
• Create data-driven RFP materials featuring opportunity sizing and performance projections.
• Develop lead scoring and qualification models to enhance lead quality and minimize disqualification rates.
• Identify behavioral and operational signals that contribute to successful onboarding and partner retention.
• Assist in territory planning, optimizing rep-level performance, and resource distribution.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing and sales funnels to enhance campaign targeting, messaging, and ROI.
• Evaluate B2B marketing campaigns focusing on acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Construct predictive models for churn risk, engagement trends, and sales-funnel bottlenecks.
• Assess onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives in relation to partner performance and revenue contributions.
• Collaborate with Data Science teams on machine-learning models for lead prioritization, partner segmentation, location-based targeting, and behavior forecasting.
• Implement probabilistic matching, multi-touch attribution, and geographic optimization techniques.
• Design and assess experiments aimed at improving sales performance, partner onboarding, product adoption, and campaign strategies.
• Synthesize experimental results into actionable insights.
• Over 10 years of experience in analytics, strategy, or growth roles within B2B, fintech, or financial services sectors.
• Proven track record of success in both enterprise and SMB sales models.
• Established ability to drive revenue impact through analytics in sales, marketing, and partner growth environments.
• Extensive experience in supporting enterprise partnership development, including forecasting, RFP response analytics, and market research.
• Strong comprehension of lead qualification, funnel conversion, and lifecycle management in SMB contexts.
• Expertise in SQL.
• Familiarity with Python or R for analytics and predictive modeling tasks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Data Engineering and Data Science teams.
• Experience with web scraping and third-party data acquisition for market intelligence and strategic research purposes.
• Proficiency in modern analytics tools, including Snowflake, dbt, Tableau, Looker, and Amplitude.
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and executive influence capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Economics, or Engineering.
