Regional Ground Handling Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide training on company policies, regulatory standards, carrier requirements, and practical skills to both new hires and experienced employees in individual or group formats.

• Develop training milestones and comprehensive training plans.

• Perform skill assessments to pinpoint knowledge gaps, training objectives, work scenarios, and updates to policies or procedures.

• Monitor employee performance to assess the effectiveness of training and determine any additional training needs.

• Adhere to all safety policies, practices, and procedures.

• Report any unsafe activities to the supervisor and Safety Manager.

• Keep training rosters and records in compliance with training and documentation requirements.

• Collaborate with airline customer training leadership programs to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

• Evaluate customer-specific training against WFS training standards.

• Facilitate weekly discussions regarding service level agreements with WFS leadership overseeing customer leadership teams.

• Manage reporting and conduct weekly reviews of compliance with customer-specific training.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma.

• Valid Driver's License.

• Proven ability to effectively engage with individuals and groups across various management levels, identities, cultures, backgrounds, and ideologies in a global context.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Ground Handling or Passenger Service/Ramp Training.

• SAL Certified.

• Currently or previously TTT Certified with at least one commercial airline.

• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Competent in using a computer and relevant MS Office software.

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision or as part of a dynamic team.

• Able to lift and carry heavy items for up to 2 hours per day.
