Regional General Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the VP of Construction on the Builder Training Program.

• Identify and engage vendors for the region’s vertical construction estimating and purchasing efforts.

• Supervise construction managers in the region, including responsibilities for fee building and warranty.

• Comply with company policies and procedures, adhering to the professional code of conduct and expense reporting guidelines.

• Propose and implement process enhancements related to departmental initiatives.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a 4-year college degree or a combination of education and experience that meets the requirements for the role.

• At least 4 years of management experience in the industry or a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft or equivalent software suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM applications.

• Excellent verbal, written, and communication abilities.
