This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assess individual customer requirements, offer consultation, and promote the product portfolio

• Foster enduring relationships with clients and business associates

• Attract new clients and broaden the network

• Analyze market trends and pinpoint competitive opportunities and threats

• Participate in trade shows and industry events, representing Hoyer

• Serve as Regional Field Manager in Thuringia, ZIP area 99

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven sales experience — you have a successful history in sales and know how to attract customers

• Ideally possess a completed commercial vocational qualification

• Technical comprehension and the capability to articulate complex topics clearly

• Willingness to travel and flexibility for consistent field activities

• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities

• Ability to work independently and responsibly
